How long is the rental for?

Our Set Price Policy allows us, to rent out products as early as the customers would like them, and we will pick them up at least 1-hour before dark or whatever is agreed between you and Castle Masters.

The Castles' need to be cleaned and packed away before the sun goes down. This time will change depending on the time of year to accommodate "Day Light Savings." * Please keep that in mind, when you enter your pickup time.

Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your booking and the details you have provided.

What Payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment Bank transfer. If you need to arrange an alternate method of payment, please contact us to discuss. Our preference is to not accept cash.

At the time of booking it is required that you make a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon delivery. If for some reason you need to cancel, please let us know 7 days in advance and we will refund your deposit. The final payment is due the day of your event via online transfer.

7 days’ notice is required for all cancellations except for weather related cancellations, please see below information on weather.

What happens in the event of bad weather or heavy rain?

We would never want a special occasion to be ruined by bad weather however if there are extreme weather conditions i.e. heavy showers or high winds unfortunately we cannot provide an inflatable because of the risk to you & your guests as inflatables become very slippery when wet.

The customer will receive a full refund in the case of heavy rain or high winds or can rescheduled for an alternate date if the desired Castle is available on the new date selected.

NOTE: If there is extreme weather on the day of an event, the client will be asked, if they want to procced because there is rain in the forecast. If the client chooses to go for it and it rains, Castle Masters will decide how much or if a refund will be given.

Are your Fun Castles suitable for indoor parties?

Yes! All our fun Castles can be used both outdoors and indoors (space allowing). Please look at the product details for the dimensions of each Castle and if you are unsure please call us and we can do a site visit free of charge to ensure that the selected castle will fit in the desired location.

How long does a Fun Castle take to set up?

Depending on location, Fun Castles take 40 minutes to assemble. For each event we will aim to arrive at least 30 minutes - 1 hour before the start of the event to ensure that everything is ready for your event to start on time.

Do you Deliver?

Yes, we deliver the Fun Castle as well as provide you with all the accessories needed, except the electricity. Please note that our equipment is heavy, and we cannot carry it up and down many flights of stairs.

Rules when on the Fun Castles?

We do not allow Shoes/Sneakers, Sharp objects, Candy, Drinks, or any Foods, Toys, or Animals Bad behaviour and Bullying is also not allowed on Castle Masters Fun Castles.
